Explanation of fees:
In order to keep up with the rising costs associated with providing a safe and healthy environment for our children to learn and compete, we have increased our registration fees for the upcoming season. Your fees go toward covering the following expenses:
We at Valley Pop Warner have always kept our fees among the lowest in the league and we will continue to do so. We understand that many in our community are facing difficult economic times. In order to continue our tradition of providing opportunities for all members of our community, we offer full and partial scholarships to families in need as well as payment plans to help offset any financial impact.
All participants are required to have a physical examination dated after January 1 of the current year. Both the parent and the doctor must complete and sign the Medical Form.
We encourage all participants to keep higher standards scholastically. We do this through our Scholastics program. We require a copy of the child’s final report card, showing all 4 quarters for the school year just completed.
No child may participate until the following items are on file:
Note : If a child has a GPA below 2.0 (70%), a Scholastic Eligibility Form will have to be signed and stamped by the principal of the child's school. The form provides a designated area to be marked with the school stamp.
Football participants are placed on teams according to their age and weight. For more information on this see the football info page.
